Referee – Level One Workshop

We are now taking registrations for referees to attend the BBNZ Level One Referee Workshop. This is an opportunity to upskill your refereeing and also to seek advancement along our Referee Development Pathway.

Referee trainer John Bartlett will deliver the course:

• Thursday 8 August
• 6pm – 7:30pm
• Middleton Grange (Old Gym)
• Free

To receive a Level One Referee certification, referees must complete three steps including this practical workshop:

• Complete the online learning component via SportTutor (estimated time 2.5-3 hours) – before 31 July 2024
• Attend a Level One Practical Workshop
• Have an in-game assessment by a certified referee trainer. (Once you have done the first two steps, you can request to be assessed, by filling in this form)
