The now branded NZCT Thomson and Whelan, along with our NZCT Grocott Trophy tips off it’s second week tonight!
After a variety of results in our first week of Thomson Division One, we are expecting some close match ups tonight.

Christ’s College vs Hillmorton: It’s Christ’s opening night for their home games, so expect an exciting atmosphere as Hillmorton fight for top eight contention against the number one seed.

Lincoln vs Rolleston: It’s Division One’s newcomers vs another team on the brink of top eight contention. It’s the battle of Selwyn. Which school will take bragging rights as club teammates turn rivals on the court tonight.

St Andrew’s vs Shirley Boy’s: A battle of two teams expected to see a top eight finish. Shirley is looking to top their pool, but so is STAC.

Middleton vs CBHS: CBHS have been surprising so far, under the guidance and coaching of longtime CBA referee Shane Varga.

Cashmere vs Rangiora: Another top eight ranked battle, with goon making the trip across town to play Cashmere. With young Ram Jake Holmes a staple in the Rangiora team this looks to be their game.

Riccarton vs Kaiapoi: After just making Division One, Riccarton are looking to prove they belong, but can they beat Kaiapoi?

St Thomas vs Burnside: Again, with likely Rams backing, St Thomas should take the W here, assuming the young Rams suit up tonight.

Cashmere vs St Margaret’s: It’s a battle to determine who is the better team after a close battle last year.

CGHS vs Kaiapoi: It’s CGHS first game of the season after a bye last week. It’s a battle which could go either way as CGHS have brought in the big gun Phil Burns to coach this season.
