Our Skills Accelerator program is back for 2026

This program is designed to target 13–16-year-olds who are just starting their basketball journey, or those who have only played a short time and want to level up their game to work towards a low level representative program such as Mainlands.

The program will be designed by our development lead, and is seen as a progression from Kiwi Hoops, as players are most likely entering High School.

The program will be coached by Canterbury Basketball Representative Coaches and delivered in small groups.

Eligibility Criteria

• Aged 13 to 16
• Not in a Nationals Representative team in the previous season.

DATES:

– Monday 16th February, 23rd February, 2nd March, 9th March, 16th March, 23rd March, 30th March and 6th April

TIMES:
– 4.45pm- 5.30pm
