Board Vacancies
There are three elected member positions vacant this year on the Board of Canterbury Basketball.
Fee Chapman has served three years as a Board Member will seek to be re-elected at the AGM for a further term of three years.
Diane Fenika has served three years and will seek to be re-elected at the AGM for a further term of three years.
In addition, Jane Lattimore was co-opted by the Board after the 2021 AGM as an elected position remained open and she has indicated her wish to stand for one of the elected positions.
Any person wishing to be elected to the Board should lodge their application in writing, CV and covering letter outlining their reasons for seeking election, by Friday 25th March 2022.
There is also one appointed member position vacant. Ben Sheat has resigned from the Board and a suitable replacement is sought.
Any person wishing to be appointed to the appointed member position should lodge their application, CV and covering letter, by Friday 25th March 2022 after which the appointments
panel will sit and consider the applications for the vacant position.

The Agenda and Annual Report will be published on Tuesday 5th April, and proxy forms are due 5pm on Monday 11th April 2022.
Please note that currently the venue is operated under Red Light settings and a vaccine passport will be required to be shown to attend.
