Following the success of our inaugural Term 2 Skills Factory, Canterbury Basketball Association is excited to bring the programme back for Term 3. Led by Adam Morgan, the 2025 Coach of the Year and one of the country’s leading skill development coaches.

The Skills Factory is a targeted skills accelerator programme designed to bridge the gap between concept understanding and skill execution within the Canterbury Basketball pathway. While CBA has a strong foundation in teaching what to do through our Style of Play, this programme focuses on developing the how—the technical skills required to execute those concepts consistently and under pressure.
Players can choose to attend Mondays, Fridays, or both, with Friday sessions specifically designed to prepare players for their weekend club competition games. The programme provides a high-repetition, high-support environment aligned directly to CBA’s Style of Play and Style of Coaching.
The Skills Factory is a 7-week evening programme delivered throughout Term 3.
