Wharenui Gators need a Club Manager with strong strategic & people leadership skills to lead and expand their mahi into the future
This role will be responsible for executing the club’s strategic plan and providing leadership and direction to our staff, members, volunteers and other stakeholders.

Reporting to the Club Committee, this position will be filled by an individual that has passion and energy for growing and developing young people through the sport of basketball. Leadership, a love of people and administrative skills are a must. Working with a passionate and skilled Basketball Development Officer, and an army of volunteers, the successful candidate will be running an efficient ‘control room’ allowing the on-the-court staff/volunteers to successfully deliver our numerous programmes. You will also be responsible for maintaining and strengthening strategic relationships; including with our schools, community, club committee and funding partners. Good understanding of finances and administration of invoicing and payments are required to allow the effective management of our finances.
