The Opportunity
As General Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and collaboration. You’ll empower staff and volunteers to take ownership of their roles while ensuring the organisation remains aligned with its mission and values.
