All 17 Teams have now completed their five rounds of action in the Signature League
Each team played four overtime segments in their block, starting with the scores tied at 83-83 for each segment (1983 is the year Signature Homes was founded, and helps coaches and players play with the mentality needed for end of game situations). Teams received two points for a win, zero for a loss, one for a draw.
Canterbury Basketball Association’s Head of Pathways and Community Development – Ben Constable shared his thoughts: “The second iteration of the Signature League ticked all the development boxes. Coaches were supported by coach developers, players were supported by coaches and each other, and referees were supported by trainers and their peers.
“A special congratulations you to the coaches Adam Morgan, Joe Hope Powell, Dilshan Muthunaidelage, Maia Williamson, Bob Weatherford, and Sam Watkins, who took their first steps into Coach Developing.”
After five rounds, each team has completed their 20 segments, with the following final standings:
Women’s U18/20
Girl’s U16
Men’s U20
Boys’ U16
