The Division One ladies also get into semi-finals after a week off last week.

Our first semi-final is reigning champs St Andrew’s taking on Rangiora. Rangiora managed to take a win against Kaiapoi last week in a friendly and have nothing to lose. I think this could be closer than expected.

If you want to watch this showdown, 5.45pm at St Andrew’s is the place to be.

Then we have Kaiapoi taking on Christchurch Girls High. This again is going to be a very close game with both on a 7-3 regular season record.

The action for this matchup is taking place at Kaiapoi High School at 5.45pm.

Cashmere just slipped in at 5th place, while St Margarets take 6th.

Our Lincoln University Thomson Trophy Division Two matchups also have Hagley feature.

Hagley as first place is hosting Papanui who were both in the top four following the division split. Hagley sits with a 10-0 record against Papanui’s 6-4.

This game follows the Whelan semi-final and tips off at 7.30pm also at Hagley College.

Our other semi-final is a little further south at Lincoln. Lincoln are taking on the team from just down the road, Hornby. Very similar win rates in the season with Lincoln’s 6-4 against Hornby’s 5-5.

This game is 7.30pm at Lincoln High School.

Remaining placings for this grade:

And last the Lincoln University Thomson Trophy Division One matchups.
