Quarter Finals
Thomson Div One
In last week’s play in semifinals, both Hillmorton and St Andrews secured a semifinal spot, while Christ’s and Cashmere have a second chance against the play-in winners.
🏀QF one- Cashmere vs St Thomas. Winner of this game will take on Hillmorton in the semifinals next week.
🏀QF two- Christs vs St Bede’s. Winner of this game will match up against St Andrews in the semifinal.
Bye- Hillmorton (number one seed) and St Andrews (number two seed)
Thomson Div Two
🏀QF one- Hornby vs RNLS. If Hornby win, they will be facing last year’s champs in the semis, whereas if RNLS cause upset, they will face a strong Papanui side in the semis.
🏀QF two- Oxford vs Te Aratai. The winner of this game’s semifinal match up will be determined based on the results of QF one with reseeding.
Bye- Papanui (number one seed) and Cathedral (number two seed)
Whelan Div One (Semi Finals)
The Whelan top four have a slightly different finals structure, with 1v2 and 3v4. Winner of 1v2 advances straight to the final. Loser will play the winner of 3v4 in a preliminary final.
🏀SF one- St Andrews vs Cashmere. Winner advances straight to the final. Loser has a second chance the following week.
🏀SF two- Hillmorton vs TBC. Hillmorton will take on the winner of St Margarets vs CGHS being played on Monday 11th August.
Whelan Div Two
🏀QF one- Rangi Ruru vs Cathedral. Cathedral as a fill in team are ineligible for finals, meaning Rangi Ruru will play Middleton next week in the semis regardless.
🏀QF two- Oxford vs Papanui. The winner of this game’s semifinal match up will play Ashburton the following week
Bye- Ashburton (number one seed) and Middleton (number two seed)
Grocott divisions have their last round of the round robin before they play semifinals the following week.

🏀St Bede’s vs Kaiapoi- This game will determine who has home court advantage for their semifinal next week.
🏀Lincoln vs Papanui- an unplanned 5th place classification game for these two teams to finish their season on.
