The Skills Factory is a targeted skills accelerator programme designed to bridge the gap between concept understanding and skill execution within the Canterbury Basketball pathway. While CBA has a strong foundation in teaching what to do through our Style of Play, this programme focuses on developing the how – the technical skills required to execute those concepts consistently and under pressure.

Players can choose to attend Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or any combination of sessions, allowing for flexible development opportunities throughout the week. The programme provides a high-repetition, high-support environment aligned directly to CBA’s Style of Play and Style of Coaching.

Tuesday’s will be our Shooting Factory session, focused on developing shooting skills, form, and consistency. Through targeted drills and expert coaching, participants will build confidence, improve technique, and develop the tools to become more effective shooters on the court.
