Term 1’s Coach Connection Forum will be lead by Judd Flavell
We’re excited to announce that the Term 1 2024 Coaches Connection Forum will be lead by Rams Head Coach Judd Flavell.
Running Fridays 630pm to 9pm at Rangi Ruru High School, the Coach Connection Forum aims to build connection and accelerate learning for our communities Rep, Club and High School coaches. It is free to register here!
Friday Feb 23rd, March 1st, March 8th and March 22nd
630pm Coaches meeting lead by Judd Flavell followed by 7pm practice. In respect for coaches time we understand if coaches must leave prior to the 9pm practice finish time.
Rangi Ruru High School
There is no cost at all for coaches to attend.
The Term 4 CCF is predominantly focused on developing “Why, How and What” (in this order) of community coaching; and providing connection and support to coaches.
The forum will consist of a 30min coaches session where we will collaboratively flesh out the “whys” and “hows” of coaching.
Coaches will then move on-court where they will observe a demonstration practice showing a new “what” aspect of the coach and compare it the style of play each week.
The sessions will have coach developers floating around coaches to ask and answer questions.
