The Junior Skills Factory is a foundational skills development programme for U14 boys and girls (DOB 2013, 14, 15), designed to build strong technical fundamentals while fostering confidence, enjoyment, and game understanding in a positive learning environment.
This programme supports the early stages of the Canterbury Basketball pathway by providing young players with access to high‑quality coaching, small‑group learning, and skill development aligned to CBA’s Style of Play — delivered in an engaging and age‑appropriate way.
