Broken Car Windows at Cowles – the CCC has advised us that there have been almost 10 instances of cars being broken into this year, with valuables stolen. These have happened primarily at night, or when the sun is setting. To help minimise the chance of this happening to you:
Make sure all valuables are stored out of sight (or not in your car at all;
Park under or near the lights in the car park
The council staff will regularly go outside (and our Floor Controllers) as a deterrent as well
Last Games for Non-playoff Teams – Most teams will finish up their season on August 13. There is the potential that a team or two may finish their season on August 6, pending results of games this weekend. We have notified all teams that could conclude their season this weekend of the possibility
U13 Rep Registrations Are Now Open – players born in 2009 2010 or 2011, who reside or school in the CBA area (including Selwyn, but not North Canterbury), can now register their interest to trial for a Canterbury U13 Rep Team. Click here for full details
