What Is Walking Basketball?

Walking Basketball is a fun and inclusive variation of the game designed for all abilities and fitness levels. The key differences? Players walk instead of run, jumping is not allowed, and the focus is having fun while staying active. Everyone is welcome- kids aged 12+ can join, making it a great way to play together! While some games are slightly competitive, the emphasis is on enjoyment and participation. Despite the name: Walking Basketball- you will work up a sweat with the activity and have fun!
