These next two days will consists of the top teams in High School Basketball going head to head in the finals.
It’s Finals Day for our Thomson and Whelan Division Two teams.
For our Whelan side we have Villa Maria vs. Hagley. Game will be tipping off at 5:30pm at Cowles Stadium.
The last time these two teams played was round two of the season back on May 17th. What a close game that was too, with Villa taking the win by 5 points. So, it is safe to assume Hagley is after some revenge in this Finals game.
For our Thomson Division Two Final we have Papanui vs. Lincoln, tipping off at 7:30pm at Cowles after the girls game.
These two teams played early in season, early as the first round. With Papanui winning by one possession.
