As we’re now over the mid-point of each of our competitions it is a good time to thank you all for the work you have done in having your team(s) play in them. This year has not been easy, with the larger than forecast growth in teams playing this season adding stress to our competitions, so the effort you have all gone to, to get your teams prepared is very much appreciated.

Sadly, it is also time to say goodbye to Rebecca Moon, who has looked after a wide variety of things (including some competition scheduling and booking) during her time working at the CBA. Nicole Gleason will be taking on the bulk of tasks that were Rebecca’s responsibilities.

Notes for this week:

July 10 and 11 are the last full week of games until 31 July (excepting the Women’s Premier Competition, which wraps up on July 24, ahead of the Sal’s Women’s NBL)
July 17 is only for our Premier Grades – with the second Women’s Semi Final being played midweek (20^th or 21^st)
July 24 and 25 has every grade in action except for the BU15 and GU16 ones while their National Tournaments are on (these grades will start back up on 31 July and 1 August)
James will be taking some Annual Leave through the holidays, so do not expect a quick reply via email from him 😊
3X3.EXE has the start of Round Three on the 11^th of July, 7pm at Middleton Grange (and livestreamed via YouTube if you’re not able to get there in person)
BBNZ and Schick are teaming up to run the “Everyday Ballers” Campaign again – keep an eye on Social Media to put your name in the hat for some cool prizes
