We are thrilled to announce GLOW FEST—the first-ever glow-in-the-dark basketball event in the South Island! This exciting Girls Got Game initiative will be held on Saturday, the 21st of September, from 11 AM to 1 PM at Cowles Stadium. This is a ticketed event and limited number of tickets will be sold. Tickets $23.
Event Details:
GLOW FEST is not just a basketball event; it’s a vibrant celebration designed to engage girls in a fun and unique way. Teams of 4-5 girls will compete in 3×3 basketball, with plenty of time to enjoy the dance party atmosphere. We encourage teams to dress in matching fluorescent outfits/uniforms, and we’ll provide each team with a team colour of fluorescent body paint to make sure they shine as the lights go down and the party begins!
This is a fantastic opportunity for girls to bring their friends, enjoy the sport together, and create unforgettable memories.
